good breakfasts. but for dinner the meat is(( not tasty. good fish

a very inadequate woman at the reception named Angelica. she is rude and swears in Russian. and complains loudly to her friends on the phone about her terrible job and the hotel’s terrible clients. the elevator did not work 2.5 days out of 6. The closest beach is very shallow- for small children. you need to take a bus or walk 25-30 minutes to the beach

Wonderful

We was there previous year and we were happy with everything, that's why I decided to book again. Hotel is nice, food - delicious and there's variety, swimming pool is new and good place to relax. Rooms are clean, we were having room with view to swimming pool and I was happy from this fact. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is not far away from the hotel.

You need to pay for Wifi.

Good

Small room, clean and had everything you need for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very well made up and not a far walk from the beach, maybe 8 minutes. There are plenty of small stores and restaurants close by and bus stops if needed.

No fridge or AC, and at night it can be very loud due to the other guests.

Very Good

Very nice and helpful staff. My room was clean and the cleaning staff was very kind also. Breakfast was okay to me.

So noisy neighbors/neighborhood. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. If you want to chill and rest this is not your hotel. But if you are a 23 years old drunk german/dutch, this place is for you!

Good

The pool area was nice. There were plenty of beds as well. The breakfast was decent - there was a chef who was making pancakes and eggs on the order, the rest of the menu was buffet. I have also ordered a tour through the hotel's tour guide - no complaints about that ( they pick you up from the meet up point near the hotel and drop to the same location after a day of activities). This hotel is a good budget option (nothing too special) but yet again serves the purpose of sleeping/ having breakfast/showering.

The fact that you have to pay for the WIFI in this day and age is simply ridiculous (I didn't since I am European I used my roaming data). No fridge in the room ( no complaints though on my side, depends what you need it for). Have to pay for the mini safe, one of the days the water pressure was low on my stay so I couldn't take the shower ( no complaints though, these things happen). They could have conditioner and normal shampoo options though. I have long hair and was counting on the hotel's supplies - seeing there was only "body and hair soap" there was no way I was going to wash my hair with that, so I went to the local shop to buy the actual shampoo. Also, all the channels on the TV were in German, although I did ask the receptionist to change it they might have forgotten and I simply didn't bother any more since I had other things to do, but certainly I dont think this should be put into a default setting as there non German speaking guests (such as I) - Spanish setting would have been fine, since were in Spanish speaking island after all. Other than that, the air conditioner is working but not as powerful. It did the purpose though over the night when you are in the room. The hotel serves its purpose as basic/budget option though if you are not looking for something special.

Very nice

Everything was very good, food, location, nice view from the terrace.Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided..

The downside was that there was no fridge in the room to put water in and we had to drink it warm. The internet was paid for. But the problem was that it was constantly disappearing. They need to fix this.

- Cleaning every day - Restaurant ( breakfast in our case) was great - swimming pool - room balcony was under a palm tree :D

- air condition didn't work ( in our case this wasn't such a big drawback because we weren't on a Sun side, and we were under palm tree, also in this part of the year nights get colder), but still, it should work - Wi-Fi in 2023 should be free - safe deposit box in 2023 should be free - El Arenal is in general bad for non-Germans, it was more like we went to Germany and not to Spain. Everyone speaking just German, restaurants and clubs playing only German music, 0 Spanish and Spanish culture in El Arenal. Then add to it that Germans coming to El Arenal is youth without any manners, that will literally leave their trash on the street even though trash can is literally within the hand reach. In general, nice hotel situated in a terrible place. Rather go to Can Pastilla or some other place then El Arenal.

Bathroom needs renovation, anyway good value for money

The room was cleaned every day, staff was nice and friendly. Location is further from the busy streets so it’s more quiet. Breakfast has a lot to offer and the food was tasty. Pool area nice and big. Bar staff was always so nice and friendly, not overpriced, you can take drinks to the pool or to the room.

The room had ants and plumbing problems, so you could hear water dripping from the bathroom above when the above floor took shower. And there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Also you have to pay for wifi :(

Staff were unfriendly at breakfast, we didn’t feel welcome. Maid service was slow on one day and we didn’t get fresh towels. Music by pool was very loud and not relaxing.
